Returns:

• • Returns are accepted if the product received is damaged/un-operatable at arrival.
  • If the product packaging is tempered at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery. Further return/refund will be voided if tempered packaging product is accepted.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

• • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product is damaged/un-operatable after unpacking, then after a relevant verification we will initiate a return shipping free of cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or replacement.

Exchanges:

• • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
